| The general membership of the
Deep East Texas Regional Advisory Council Trauma
Service Area - H is made up of individuals and
organizations that provide trauma care, or are
interested in the provision of trauma care.

| They may include
individuals representing trauma facility hospitals,
EMS providers, health care educational institutions,
public safety agencies, physicians, nurses, and
other organizations interested in trauma care.
The General Assembly is made up of participant
members present at the meetings. Voting
members are those individuals designated by their
organizations to vote for them.

DETRAC Mission
Statement
It shall be the mission of Deep
East Texas Regional Advisory Council Trauma Service
Area – H to serve our patients and communities by
developing, implementing and sustaining a functional
and fully integrated regional trauma system that,
through adherence to the highest accepted standards
of care, significantly reduces trauma related
mortality and morbidity in an efficient, cost
effective manner.
